Midnight Crown is the second part in the Marked by Blood series by Rebecca L. Garcia. Last year I’ve read Shadow Kissed which I enjoyed reading. The first book was full of action and plottwists, will this part contain as much of it as well?
Olivia is captured in her life between the vampires with her marriage as well as her shadow kissed ceremony coming up soon. Her magic will disapear in the ceremony, but is Olivia ready to say goodbye to it? Caught in a political web and a marriage she doesn’t even want, she must find a way to live. But is Sebastian as bad as he seems?
Midnight Crown is a book full of action, plottwists, slow-building romance and steamy scenes. In this book you will get to know Olivia and Sebastian even better. In addition you will also get to know Naill. Rebecca L. Garcia has managed to reveal the characters secrets and pasts one by one, which made I was drawn into this story.
I really enjoyed reading Midnight Crown and am looking forward for what else there is to come. I can’t wait for Darkest Heart to release which is expected to release in the end of November 2022.
